YouTube VeVo information - updated 11/1/11

-Dealer needs to setup YouTube channel with Google Account and send DS the Google Account login info (Google Account email/password OR YouTube username/Google Account password). Reporting: For right now, the standard YouTube viewing stats will be used. Each video shows number of views. Dealer Qualifications: Beginning February 16th, 2009, all current VeVo customers qualify for YouTube VeVo. Dealer Channel Setup: Upon ordering, a Dealer Specialties Dealer Channel MUST be set up. Dealer Web Links: Links to the dealer�s website appear in the description of each YouTube VeVo as well as in the dealer�s YouTube channel description. Note: All of the information above is subject to change after YouTube VeVos launch. Changes to procedure may have to be made to accommodate unknown issues yet to be presented. -On a side note: Questions have come up regarding the email feature in VeVo and the fact that the entire VeVo has to be watched in order to email it. This has been fixed by simply pressing Shift + E any time while a VeVo is playing. -Regarding existing VeVos: once the YouTube account is setup in our VeVo setup it will retroactively find any VeVo for that dealer and create a YouTube video. So, at least in the case of YouTube videos its not a "This point forward" feature but goes back and finds any active VeVo and post those as well.
