Windows unable to open Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client file for remote session.

If you should get an issue where you are unable to remote into a rep's computer because Windows doesn't know what to do with the elsinore.screenconnect.client file they download from sc.vehicledata.com, have them check their JAVA. This can happen if the JAVA is out of date.
