Why would a dealer receive leads on their new inventory and not their used inventory if they are serviced under the same lot id?

Check the dealer�s site and confirm that the new and used inventory is using the same inventory system. For example, if a dealer has a Dealerskins site and their new inventory is using a Dealerskins inventory search and the used inventory is using a Powerlink. If the powerlink does not have the correct lead email, this would cause the issue.
