Why isn't Release Photo Control working in VinMotion?

If a rep uses the Release Photo Control option in VinMotion then uploads new photos, but the photos just append to the existing photos instead of replacing them: verify whether the dealer has a photo overlay rule set for temporary or pre-detail photos. Photo Overlay rules block the Release Photo Control function. There is an enhancement request in place to correct this.
