Why is the toner not sticking to vinyl labels
*Laser printers are meant to work in a temperature range of 63 to 77 degrees. In a field environment that is difficult, but getting printers to that temperature prior to printing is the best option. (Storing inside overnight, bringing the printer inside the dealership when you first arrive, etc) *Extension cords - a shorter, larger gauge extension cord will help in bringing the fuser in the printer to temperature. The longer, thinner extension cords may not ever get the print fuser to a high enough temperature to fuse toner to the page. *Same goes with labels...if you can get them to within the temperature operating range of the printer the better.
