Why is the Competitive Information on my Appraisals disappearing?

The Competitive Information will only show for vehicles appraised (or reappraised) today. �The data in competitive information is point in time data. When the appraisal is created, it looks at all active vehicles in the market that day. Overnight, �the market vehicles are updated and the prior day's data is overwritten (since vehicles come in and out of the market every day). Since the appraisal itself is not changed once it is created, the averages will still reflect the values at the time the appraisal was generated.
