Why is my vehicle missing from my dealership website?

There are several things that can cause this: 1. For a manufacturer website (GM, Ford Direct) - they may not post vehicles that have an active recall. GM Certified won't post vehicles without a valid certification number. 2. The vehicle could have been added too late to be included in the last feed sent to the data partner. For overnight feeds, the cutoff is 11pm (the vehicle should be uploaded by 10pm to get processed in time). 3. The vehicle may be in a sold status (added by one source then marked sold by another). No sold vehicle will be included in outbound feeds. 4. A processing issue with the feed may have kept the vehicle from going through. Check the feed file. If the vehicle is missing there, escalate the issue. 5. The data partner could be having a problem or may still be processing the feed we sent. If everything appears correct at this end, call the website provider and ask them to check on their side.
