Why is Cobalt still displaying stock images/photo coming soon even though actual photos are now available and have been sent out in the feed?

Cobalt has problems processing our photo updates in these circumstances. The dealership�s back end tool can be used to refresh these individually, but if there are a large number of vehicles that need to be refreshed; the dealership will need to call Cobalt and ask for a full site refresh. NOTE: Cobalt receives photos for GM Certified vehicles from GM CUIS, not from our feed. For these vehicles, GM CUIS (DMI GMCertified) will need to initiate the photo refresh. Reference KB Article: 345
