Why is Carfax not coming up on my Appraisals?

The Appraisal tool uses Carfax Advantage to update the Carfax information. The dealer needs to have Carfax turned on in the Vehicle History section of the Service Wizard and their account information in the Carfax Settings page. If that is in place but Carfax is still not coming up on the Appraisals, the dealer should verify that they have Carfax Advantage turned on on the Carfax side. There are different account types for Carfax and Carfax Advantage is not automatic.
