Why have Sold Vehicles reappeared?

  1. Dealer didn't click 'Save' before going to the next page of inventory or the session timed out before they saved (limit is 60 min.). Edits will have to be re-entered.
  2. Edits were changed/removed by another user, the rep, or by Polling. The History link off the vehicle details page in IVM, the Override page for that VIN in Web Plus, or the VIN History in DSPlus can tell who/what made the changes.
  3. The Primary Vehicle Override for Status is set to a different application. If Primary is set to DS Polling and the dealer marked the vehicle sold in IVM, the vehicle will return to an active status until it is marked sold in the DMS so Polling can put it into a sold status. The overrides are located in IVM under Settings -> Vehicle Override.
