Why didn't some of my videos get stabilized?

If the video is not long enough to accommodate the audio phrase timing, then the video will be stretched and no stabilization will be performed on the video. For example, a vehicle has an exterior portion of the video at 31 seconds long. The audio phrases take 41 seconds to complete. So, the video will be stretched for 10 more seconds and no stabilization will be performed.
