Why can't my COS dealer with a Classic package use Add-A-Car now that they have DIY?

Add-A-Car is a separate function from DIY. Only Gold and Platinum package-holders have access to this function. The DIY functions are the ability to Edit/Upload Photos, Edit Options, and Print Labels. NOTE: DIY service has been made available to all COS stores as a promotion. At some point, it will revert back to where only Platinum dealers will have access.
