Why can't I get into VinMotion?

If it isn't accepting the password, have them use the Forgot Password link on the logon page to reset it. (If they can't reset their password or don't get the email link, escalate the issue.) If the dealer has the correct login information, and the system says it doesn�t recognize the user name, have the user delete their cookies and try again. If that doesn't work, make sure they aren't using a shortcut to get to the logon page. Shortcuts can get corrupted over time. (This can also keep the logon page from loading correctly.) Have them delete the old shortcut, type in https://vinmotion.vehicledata.com to bring up the page, then create a new shortcut.
