Why can't I access my dealership accounts with my VinMotion credentials?

Verify that the account hasn't been disabled. A disabled account will have to have written approval from the dealership GM or Group Principle account-holder or by the Market Manager (the approval can be emailed to support@getauto.com to your attention). Verify the account has access to the dealership in question - the Market Manager may need to edit the account to add the dealership. If the account is active, the user may need to reset the password using the Forgot Password link on the logon page. A VinMotion dealership account that has access to multiple stores can become blocked if any one of the stores experiences an accounting block (ND), so even if one of the stores is current, they won�t be able to log in.
