Why aren't we getting prices or comments from vAuto for 3PP through the API?

The only prices and/or comments that get pushed to us are prices/comments that are manually changed in vAuto's system by a user. vAuto does not push (even if they repush): *Prices/comments such as the original price from the DMS *Prices/comments on an vehicle appraisal that was later added to inventory *Prices/comments that have "code" (which I am translating as rules) *Prices/comments on vehicles that are not "Published" in their system (typically wholesale vehicles). When speaking with vauto to troubleshoot, ask if any of the above apply to your examples.
