Why aren't my photos printing on the VinMotion Photo Report?

The Photo Report in VinMotion is pre-set to display the 1st thumbnail photo for each vehicle, the Stock Number, VIN, Year, Make, Model & Trim, Exterior Color, Mileage, Age, and Net Price. If any of those fields are missing, you may be looking at a custom report. In the 'Available Reports' drop-down just underneath the 'Build Now' button on the Reports Builder page, make sure you are selecting 'Photo' underneath the word 'Standard', which is in bold print in the list. Everything above the bold 'Standard' text is a custom report which may or may not have all of the fields . If the correct report has been selected, verify that there are photos for the vehicles in the system. If there are and the correct report is selected then you will need to attempt to duplicate the issue from here. If you can duplicate the issue, get screenshots and escalate to Tier 2. If you cannot duplicate the issue, have the user try clearing their browser cache.
