Why are my GM Certified vehicles missing on the GM Certified site?

1. Make sure the dealership is set up in the GM Certified feed. 2. Verify that the vehicles are showing as Certified in IVM. Vehicles can be blocked from the feed if they are missing the following: - an internet price - year within 5 years of now - a transmission - a stock number - generic exterior color - engine - engine size - mileage > 10 - date manufactured 3. Check the GM Certified feed - are the vehicles included in the feed? If the vehicles are in the feed, contact GM - there may be a processing issue at their end. Verify with them that we have the correct DP number assigned as the Alt ID in the feed.
