Why are inactive (or cancelled) dealerships still showing up on reports (such as revenue and service reports)?

Inactive dealerships will still show up on field reports for 30 days after being marked as inactive, or 90 days after last date of service. To ensure that they drop off as quickly as possible, the market manager / franchisee, should make sure that all reps that have the dealership in their laptop have the dealership marked as inactive. A rep should make sure to mark the dealership as inactive and then upload if at all possible prior to deleting the dealership from their AutoStik.
