Why are DMS Options not displaying on vehicles in VinMotion when update DMS Options is turned on in the PCU?

The options page VinMotion displays only Defined options. DMS Options brings options in as custom options. Check webplus to make sure custom options are there. See screenshot. If custom options are not there, check the following: 1) Did the vehicle have options previously before Update DMS Options was turned on? If so, polling will not bring in the options. 2) Are the options mapped correctly from polling? If everything looks good, escalate.
