Why am I missing stock photos for one vehicle, but not another? Both have the same trim level.

If a stock photo is posting for one vehicle but not for another that is the same trim, check to see if they have approximate matching turned on for Polling. If they don�t, then we�re going off of the model code in the polling file, so compare those model codes. If they have different model codes then they�ll need to check to make sure they have the correct model codes. If they do have the correct model codes and the photos aren�t showing then the model codes might not be mapped. Check to see if you can pull up that vin in the "Display Vehicle Colors" screen in DS+. If the photos appear, then backfill the stock photos, if they do not update then we will need to escalate the issue.
