Who receives the "Contact my Rep" e-mails (updated 1/5/10)
Contact My Rep messages are handled in this manner: 1. Email account reps that have serviced the lot within 30 days; and 2. Email market-name list addresses (e.g. cincinnati@getauto.com [cos] or 21@getauto.com [zee]); and 3. Text city manager for the market in question (assuming we have valid user info).
