Who creates Advanced option sets?

We at the Help Desk do not create option sets, that would be the job of 1.)The acting Market Manager or 2.) The acting Regional Manager. They can be found on either the most recent COS as well as the list of Franchise Managers. We can import existing advanced option sets for a dealer from another rep or market manager within a .dat file format Please reference article Article #869: "I need the default Option Set for motorcycles. Where can I find it? (update 1/16/14)" in regards to adding Option Sets in Autostik !NOTE! : Make sure when transferring Autostik option sets to another rep that Autostik is up to date on both the reps computers, otherwise it will cause errors.
