Where is my vehicle information being sent?
Dealers can check this under their own IVM accounts by going to the Data tab on the "Feed Status" tab from that page.
This page lists the names of the data partners, the date/time the last feed was attempted, and whether the feed submission was successful (this means we had a successful transmission, it won't tell us if there were problems at the other end). It also specifies whether the feed has mid-day transmissions or not.
NOTE: The Delete button to the right of the data partner name on this page will remove the dealership from that data feed. This button should not be clicked unless the dealer wishes to stop that feed.
