If a vehicle is marked sold, Dealer Specialties will remove the Live Video from the YouTube channel. Though we make every attempt to upload all Live Videos to a dealer's YouTube channel as quickly as possible, it is a reasonable expectation to see delays of up to 5 or more business days before they appear on the channel due to upload constraints from YouTube. As YouTube is a 3rd party, non-associated company, we have very little control over the constraints applied by YouTube. We have dedicated personnel who monitor and research changes to YouTube that can occur frequently, with little or no notification, so that we can maintain a steady stream of video content to the dealer's channel with little or no interruption of service. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have a dealer utilizing a different web provider, please escalate to the Team Leads so we can get it checked.
