Where are Live Videos saved on the rep's computer after they have been linked?

When they are linked they are placed in c:\cars\Video and c:\cars\video\backup After they are uploaded, they are removed from c:\cars\Video After 3 days they are deleted from c:\cars\Video\backup Upon upload the copy from Video is removed. From there a file size comparison is done to verify file size is the same at DS vs. on laptop. If so, file is cleared from Video folder. * If size does not match, file stays in Video folder for next upload attempt. Copy stays in Video\Backup for 3 days. Regardless whether it gets removed from Video or not.
