What is UnityWorks, and what to they do?

We've an inbound feed from Unity Media Works for vehicle videos, (where the dealership has an account with Unity, and they've provided the vehicles to Unity to build the videos...) G:\FTPFeeds\UnityWorks\unity_dealerspecialties2.csv is the location of the output file from Unity Media Works. We process based off the system ID for the majority of dealerships, (maybe 5% use the lot id). The file gives the Sysid or lotid, column 2 lists the VIN of the vehicle, and column 3 is the link for the video that we insert. To troubleshoot... Open the .csv file in excel, search against column C for the VIN of the vehicle the dealership/rep indicates 'should' be there. If the VIN displays, and the vehicle is active in IVM, then the link will display on getauto and their powerlink. We get their output file at 12:30am, an we generally process that within the hour, so if they're indicating vehicles have videos and they're not there yet; it may be a timing issue. (however, the file should be done by the time we get in in the morning.) If the vehicle is displaying here but not on getauto/powerlink then you'll need to escalate this issue for resolution.
