What is the Water Report in VinMotion?

It automatically calculates the difference (Water) between the dealer's ACV (Actual Cost of the Vehicle) and the Black Book Value for the vehicle. This is to let the dealer know if they're putting too much into the vehicle, potentially selling it at a loss.
