What is the difference between a GroupLink and a WebMall?

There seems to be some confusion on when a grouplink is appropriate and when a WebMall is needed. Grouplink are only for dealer groups and are used by the group on their own websites(s). EX www.deweytube.com Dewey Ford and Dewey Dodge Megalink or WebMall is used when a third party company, such as a newspaper or regional web portal, wants to build a site for a group of dealers.
