What is Reconditioning?

Reconditioning is an add-on tool for IVM (and the mobile IVM app) that enables dealers to track the progress of vehicles from purchase to sale-ready. This usually includes service, detailing, and the taking of photos and/or video for internet ads . It can also include any additional steps the dealer determines are needed. This tool can help dealerships identify and correct any delays in the Reconditioning process that would interfere with a timely sale of the vehicle. Dealers must have a Pro package to get this service.
