What do I need for a Price Extraction Request?

For Price Extraction requests, a Price Extraction Form has to be filled out and emailed back in. It is located here: https://franchisee.dealerspecialties.com/pricing-extraction (for both Franchisees and COS). The email address to send the Price Extraction forms to is "DS-Extraction@dealerspecialties.com." We can't accept requests that come in a standard email, that come into Data Orders or Support, with examples and no PEF attached. Price Extraction Requests are mainly used for price fields like Invoice, ACV, Special, & sometimes MSRP. The Internet/Net Price, Cost/Comparison, & MSRP fields are sent in the feeds by default and don't require a PEF. Form Requirements: 1.) Dealership information needs to be filled in. 2.) Third Party information needs to be filled in. (If "Other" is selected as the data provider, they must put in the Notes box which data partner it is for.) 3.) We also need to have vehicle examples with the expected prices they want sent in the feed. It needs to state whether it is for New, Used, or Both vehicles. A minimum of three example vehicles is required. If the request is for both New & Used vehicles, then we need a total of six example vehicles (3 New & 3 Used). 4.) The notes section should be used if either the Data Partner is "Other" or if the Prices are selected as "Other." 5.) Only one (1) dealership/data partner per form. If they need multiple data partners to receive a price field, we will need a form for each data partner. * Price Extraction requests are 3 to 5 business days to complete, if no other work needs to be done; such as Price Mapping. * Requests sent in emails to have certain price fields sent out with no Price Extraction Form attached can't be completed. They must fill out a form and email it in to be processed. ** Attached is a blank Price Extraction Form that should be used to email to dealerships or third parties requesting certain prices in the feed(s).
