What do I do if a DS Rep's password isn't working for VinMotion?
VinMotion uses the company SSO logon. Verify that the account is not disabled by pulling it up in DS Insight. Disabled accounts have to be re-enabled by the rep's City Manager or Regional Manager. If the account is enabled, the rep can reset the password by using the Forgot Password link on the VinMotion Logon page (to the left of the Go button). A Forgot Password screen will come up where they should put in the email address for their account then click Go. An automated email will be sent to that email address with a link to reset the password. NOTE: if the automated email does not get through to the user's email, check with at T2.
