What are the VIMM and VIDCOM apps?

They are mobile apps used to uploade Livelot Video. Details are below. FlickFusion App Training notes: � VIMM App o Required OS  Android 7 and above  iPhone 6 and above o Used to record inventory video and 360s o Slightly different on Android vs iPhone (User Interface) o Inventory is ready from feeds that ran the night before. o Pending units (Android) are vehicles waiting to be uploaded or haven�t had video added o Favorites: Units that can be tracked (like special vehicles, Dealership ads) � can be added to any video (inventory or non-inventory). Good way to bookmark videos.  Video � Unsynced = Videos not added / uploaded o Allows you to see what video types have been added and allows you to add additional video (panos, 360, live video) � Synced = Videos recently added / uploaded � Click record (red circle) to shoot a video or 360 o Video  Title  Stock#  VIN  Rooftop  Inventory / Non-inventory o 360  Title  Make Default (slider button)  Record or Browse  Inventory � Selecting a vehicle will allow you to add video � Can add voice-over � Cab share via email (Requires Vidmail), message, Facebook (to your own account), and Twitter  Non-inventory � videos like ads  Search � allows stock number searching  Settings � Mark all videos as default � Allows you to select VIMM camera or built-in camera (mainly preference) o VIMM is usually selected because it�s integrated better o Built-in camera can allow zooming � VIDCOM App (iPhone and Android very similar UI) o Record o Vidmail  Can view video sent via VidMail � Can add templates to your vidmail much like ones from FF portal o These templates can contain other units at the bottom and are selected in �Related Videos� o Make sure to Save at the top o Can send now or at a scheduled date automatically  Can send VidMail to multiple emails at once  Allows you to see how many times your video was viewed  Can set reminders of when to make a call back on a video sent o Videos  Shows recent videos recorded  Non-inventory videos  Inventory videos � PiP icon (Picture in Picture) o Downloads video to your device o Allows you to record a Picture in Picture video (usually of yourself) to talk about the vehicle. o Cannot exceed length of video but can be shorter � Share � Play button o Video Chat (not necessary to review) Both Apps: o Recommended Troubleshooting Steps  Users logged into multiple devices can cause issues � Fix: Log out of all devices, log back into one  Device Specific issues � Rebooting device � Uninstalling / Reinstalling can fix � (email FF and CC video@drivedominion.com) for additional issues  To Check software version for VIMM or Vidcom � Settings shows version number
