What are the Fuel Type codes used in the data feeds?

The single character fuel type code comes from VIN-decoding. The feeds process converts the known fuel type codes to a more readable short fuel type description. The known fuel types and their associated word values are.. 'G' = 'Gasoline' D' = 'Diesel' 'F' = 'Flex Fuel' 'Y' = 'Hybrid' 'N' = 'Natural Gas' 'P' = 'Petroleum' 'B' = 'BioDiesel' The following are relatively new to our system and have not yet been mapped to a word value: 'H' = 'Hydrogen (fuel cell)' 'L' = 'Electric (no generator or backup power)' 'I' = 'Plug-in Hybrid'
