What are the 'Feedback' categories in VinMotion?
- "Bug Report" is used to report a bug in the software.
- "Contact My Rep" will either send an email or a text message to your local DS Rep, the City Manager in your area, and the Regional Manager. In case your local Rep is unavailable, one of the managers will follow up on your question or concern.
- "Enhancement Request" is to put in a request to have a feature added or an existing feature changed to make it better.
- "Problem With Service" is to report an issue with the rep who services the dealership (takes photos, video, and prints labels).
- "Product Information" is to request information about a Dealer Specialties product.
- "Request Vehicle Activity Channel" is to request Landing Page and Vehicle Detail Page reports from a specific website. Available websites are listed under System Preferences then Settings on the Lead Channels tab.
- "Training or Setup" is to request training or to get a new product set up.
- "Website Feedback" is to report issues with the VinMotion website - response-time issues for example.
- "Other" is for any request or issue that doesn't fit in one of the categories above.
