Warranty Information in Storybuilder

Manufacturer warranty information (such as certified warranty info) is automatically included in Storybuilder comments. A new feature was added in 9/2017 that allows the dealer to remove the manufacturer information if desired. To remove manufacturer information, go into IVM, go to Settings and then select Storybuilder. Next uncheck the option for "Include Manufacturer Warranty Information" and save. You should then rebuild the stories by going to the Vehicle Listings Page, selecting the desired vehicles and going Actions --> Rebuild Stories.
