"Warning - these invoices are open" error when uploading.

If a rep gets "Warning - these invoices are open" with the following symbols: (-) (-) (-) Verify that no invoices are currently open. If not, have the rep go to Tools -> Maintenance -> Compress Data Files and select the Invoice Data File. Once compression is complete, have the rep try uploading again.
