VinMotion Custom Package - adding services

The Product team has confirmed that only the following services are able to be added to Custom Packages without a data package upgrade: - LiveLot Standalone - DealerSpin 360 Standalone - SmartListing Standalone All other contract required items (excludes adding new data syndication partners, facebook etc.) will require a contract upgrade.
