Video Upload Issues

Use the method below to help where reps may have support requests related to video upload issues. Please record if successful or not in your tickets. Adjust the tablet's camera setting to "HD" rather than "FHD or "UHD". This 720p version of the video will still create a quality video for website listings and mobile use and will be a much smaller file for uploading with less chance of interruption/failure. Attached are some example screenshots from a tablet for reference. NOTE: large volume uploads (with a lot of photos and/or videos) can take longer to process. Force killing the app, logging out and back in, restarting the tablet, etc....will add to the processing time in these instances. Allow up to an hour for the processing to complete in these cases. The development team is working on the background processing and on adding error messages to let us know if the processing or upload has failed.
