Vehicles are marked as sold, but should be active. AppGroupKey in Webplus shows as number 9.

If vehicles are showing in WebPlus as sold by AppGroupKey 9 (see screenshot) but should be active, this is because a master override was put in place on these vehicles. This is usually the result of vehicles being cancelled erroneously or an account cancelling and then coming back. To have this removed, escalate. A Team Lead can remove this command.
