Vehicle Trim is right in VinMotion but wrong in the data feeds.

Please verify with the rep and if necessary, notify them to select the correct Titanium Style for the dealership: Under �User Preferences�, select the "Misc" tab, and turn on �Populate Make, Model, Trim w/ Titanium data�. Decode VIN Select the correct Titanium Style/Trim(this must be selected throughout the process of entering vehicle information). One of the common problems we have seen are reps are selecting the incorrect trim from the pop-up menu, and then re-entering the correct trim manually. This will cause a problem as the system is "looking" for a different Titanium ID based on what the rep selected, and not what they've entered. Please make sure that these have been verified with the field reps, prior to escalating any disparities with trim being incorrect in data feeds.
