Unable to update master option data file. Cannot proceed when downloading dealer

1) Check the .Net Framework. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and then on the left hand side click on Turn Windows features on or off. (check mark the box if unchecked and then restart the computer after check marking) 2) Delete all three ASPT2 files in both the cars and the AS folder. 3) Delete both of the ASMstrOp4 files in both the cars and the AS folder. (might not be in the AS folder) 4) Rename the Titanium folder. 5) Rerun the SetupADT.exe file.
