Unable to click Edit Vehicle Data (Edit Vehicle Data is Greyed Out)

This issue usually occurs when the rep is out of SMS IDs. Have the rep download SMS IDs and see if this fixes the issue. To do so go File ---> Download ---> SMS IDs.
