Trying to download dealer, Dealer never downloads.

There must be a billing file for the dealer for it to download. Check F:\Common\Public\AS\Personal\XXX\Billing (Where XXX is the Franchise Number).

If there is not billing file, one would need to be either...

• Created by Tech Support. They have the ability to create blank Billing Files and upload to Personal Folder.

• Uploaded from another laptop

• Created from scratch
