Troubleshooting the Carvana app

If they run into any issues with set up, typically the following solution below works 99% of the time: Go to the portal website at https://dealer-marketplace.carvana.com/ and then click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login screen. Enter your account login email address. From a computer, check your email associated with your login and locate an email from no-reply@carvana.com titled, "Carvana Marketplace - Reset Your Password" Click the link within the email to reset your password.
