Thumbnail in VinMotion looks different than the showcase photos

There are primarily two causes: 1) If overlays or details have been added through AutoStik, they may not have been put on the thumbnail. Check to make sure that the rep is applying the overlay to the thumbnail and the showcase in AutoStik. 2) If it looks like overlays or other features have been duplicated on the thumbnail, but not on the vehicle once you actually click into it to see the showcase, it is likely a caching issue. If it is a lot of vehicles, escalate. If its only a couple, reordering two internal photos usually does the trick. NOTE: you should not re-order photos if the dealer has DIY clipping.
