The Referral ID box for Powerlink Leads has question marks that won't delete.
If a dealer is unable to delete the ??? in the Referral ID box to the right of a Leads email address in IVM, log into DS Insight under your own account and bring up the Powerlinks Admin 'Dealer' page for the dealership. You should see the ??? in the box on that page, but if you click Save at the bottom, they should clear out in both DS Insight and in IVM.
