"The Feature Is Not Enabled" error when trying to pull up a Carfax or Autocheck report from the iPhone App

Carfax or Autocheck have to be ordered through the dealership's Service Wizard before the reports can be made available through the iPhone App. IVM for the computer can display active reports ordered by customers or other dealerships and will display them even if the service has not been ordered. The iPhone App doesn't have the same functionality.
