"System Error - Unable to verify Internet Connection. Status 26008"

This ASW error is usually due to a bad internet connection on the laptop. Have the rep try pulling up a website they normally don't access. If it won't load, their internet service is down. If the page does load, it may mean the signal isn't strong enough for an upload or download in ASW. See if they can plug into a direct cable connection.
