SpinCar photo import requirements

To complete an import of photos from SpinCar: 1. We need the Filename they are sending. 2. The file needs 3 columns: Dealer ID (lot key), VIN, and Photo URL 3. The request needs to be escalated to T2 so they can open a ticket with the Polling developers.
