Space issue on laptop C-drive

Most of the time when someone has little or no space left on their C: drive it has to do with Autostick and the AS or Cars folders. If you run into a laptop that still has little or no disk space after you have looked at those folders try the following: *Run Windows 'Disk Cleanup' - check all of the boxes (Also, inform the end user they should do this every 2-3 weeks) *Check the desktop for large files or folder *Check the following folders for items taking up space: Documents Pictures Downloads Music Videos C:>Windows>Temp C:>Users (Check each user profile for size) *Advise & show the end user to also run a disk defragmentation every month (or as needed) Do not run this while they are on the phone as it could take a long time. DO NOT delete anything without asking the end user if they need the data.
